The location here is excellent and absolutely perfect for a visit to the Irving Mall.

Everyone was extremely kind and our room was perfect. The bed was really comfortable. We were close to everything we needed and the area felt safe. They grounds are well lit and maintained.

It's just what we needed.

Everything was awesome, particularly good location right by Irving, Tx�����, the airport and amenities and the Bistro, incredibly nice staff.

Everything was perfect, efficient staff, favourable location near the Bistro, and the airport for travel to Mexico City. The excellent service and shuttle to airport far exceeded our expectations. The facilities were great too.  

The toilet took 2 and 3 flushes to work. They only had mini pillows that were super hard. The pizza in the place downstairs made my husband sick all night.

Friendly staff, prompt resolution of dryer problem, spacious room, comfortable bed, good price.

Wifi was slow that day and my daughter needed to get business done on the computer, but there were storms in the area so maybe that's why it was slow. We had to leave and move to Starbucks.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. The staff treated me with kindness and went above and beyond to assist me.

The breakfast selection could be improved with more variety.

This place is quiet and wonderful, located in the middle of Jackson.
